Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of our products are digital. They are delivered by download, email, or in person on a drive. Due to the nature of a digital products and due to our lack of control whether the delivered product will be deleted or used any way, we offer no refunds or returns.

Our success requires satisfied customers. We are more than willing to work with each client to ensure he/she is pleased with our products. To date, we have no unresolved customer issues. Hopefully, there will never be any. We are here to serve our clients.

Sports Photos: All our sports images are digital. All are downloaded or delivered by email. Once a digital image of a sporting event is delivered there is no refund nor return.

Headshots: As with our sports images, headshots are digital. Again, once the product is delivered there is no refund nor return. However, we do have a Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. Each client chooses the headshot he/she wants at the time of the photo session. We do our post-production on the image and then make the delivery.  Should the client not like the finished product, our first recourse is to refinish the image. Next, we will reshoot the headshot, at no charge,  (using the same set-up as the original session.). In the event that customer satisfaction has not or cannot be met a refund will be given. Refunds are granted only at the discretion of  Buddy’s Photo.
